Accessibility statement

Last reviewed August 5, 2026

Our commitment

3DPrintDash is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced under the ADA. Below is what we have done, what we know is still wrong, and how to reach a person if something here is blocking you.

What this covers

Everything at 3dprintdash.com: the public pages (home, pricing, FAQ) and the application where the work actually happens: the quote studio and interactive 3D model viewer, the operator portal and onboarding, customer accounts, saved carts, orders, and checkout. If you can do it on 3DPrintDash, this statement covers it.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (the standard referenced under the ADA). We are currently partially conformant: much of the site meets the standard, specific things listed under “Known limitations” below do not yet, and we are working through them. This is our own assessment based on our own testing. It is not a third-party audit or a certification.

What we’ve done

  • A “Skip to main content” link, and semantic landmarks throughout the application: the quote studio, cart, checkout, orders, account and operator portal.
  • Form controls across sign-in, operator onboarding, addresses, checkout and the ZIP field that starts a quote have associated labels, and errors are announced to screen readers when they appear.
  • Body text meets the WCAG AA contrast minimum (4.5:1) against its background in both light and dark themes.
  • Dialogs and sheets keep keyboard focus inside them, return it where it came from when they close, and close on Escape. Price updates and status messages are announced to screen readers.
  • Animation defined in our stylesheets (the flowing hero, loading effects, background motion) stops when your device’s “reduce motion” setting is on.

Known limitations

We are working through a full review of the site as of August 2026. These are the things we know are not right yet. If any of them is in your way, contact us using the details below and we will get you what you need another way. That is a real offer, not a formality.

  • The size and quality dials on the quote page are adjusted by dragging and cannot currently be operated by keyboard. If you cannot use them, contact us and we will prepare and price your part with you.
  • The keyboard focus outline is fainter than it should be, particularly in dark mode, so it can be hard to see which control you are on. Light mode is clearer while we fix this.
  • The 3D model viewer is mouse- and touch-driven. Core actions have keyboard shortcuts, but it shows the model visually and has no equivalent for a screen-reader user. We describe your part in text alongside it, and we will quote a model with you on request.
  • Some form errors are announced but not yet linked to the field they belong to, so a screen reader may not tie the message to the input.
  • We are completing full screen-reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and refining announcements as we go.

Pages hosted separately

Our status page, along with the blog, changelog, incident history, security and subprocessor pages, is hosted on separate infrastructure so that it stays reachable if this site is down. Those pages are plain text and links with no interactive features. We hold them to the same WCAG 2.1 AA target, though the review described here covers this site rather than that one. They are dark-only and do not follow the light/dark setting used here. If you have trouble with any of them, contact us using the details below and we will give you the information another way.

Get help or report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or you need information or a service in a different accessible format, please contact us. We want to fix it, and we’ll help you get what you need in the meantime:

Email: louwrensventures@gmail.com

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If something on the site is blocking you, tell us what you were trying to do and we will help you complete it another way while we fix the underlying problem.

Standards & law

This statement references WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and covers all of 3dprintdash.com, including the application. It was last reviewed on August 5, 2026 based on our own evaluation and remediation work. We review it again whenever we make a significant change to the site or the application, and at least once a year, and we update the date above only when a review has actually happened.

This is a description of what we are doing and how to reach us. It is not a certification, and publishing it does not waive or limit any right you have under the ADA, the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, the California Disabled Persons Act, or any other accessibility or consumer-protection law.
