Pricing & how it works
Upload a model, see the full breakdown, and pay — or run a printer and earn from jobs across the network. Here's exactly how both sides work.
The price is instant and the same every time for the same model and settings. Before you pay, you see a full, itemized breakdown — nothing hidden.
Scale your model up or down. Bigger parts use more material and print time.
How fine the layers are.
How solid and durable the part is.
Worked example
[OWNER: paste one real quote from the app here — the part, its settings (size / detail / strength), each breakdown line, and the final total.]
Final shipping and any applicable tax are confirmed at checkout.
Get matched to jobs your printer can handle, accept the ones you want, and earn from printer time that would otherwise sit idle.
3D Print Dash keeps a commission to run matching, payments, customer service, support, and shipping. You always see your payout on a job before you accept it.
A vacation toggle lets you pause new jobs anytime — turn it back on when you're ready.
Worked example
[OWNER: paste what an operator earns on a comparable job here — the part/settings and the operator payout from the app.]
The model and your settings determine the price the moment you upload — there's no human quoting step, so you get a firm number right away and it's the same every time for the same inputs.
No. You see every line — material, print time, setup & handling, optional support removal, service fee, and shipping — before you pay. The total is the total; final shipping and any tax are confirmed at checkout.
There's a small minimum order, but no minimum quantity — you can order a single part.
Payouts run through Stripe Connect and release after the order is delivered. 3D Print Dash buys the shipping label, so operators never front shipping.
